This evening, therefore, one thing is in the spotlight:&nbsp;<strong>You and your well-being!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gemeinsam mit&nbsp;<strong>Mir P\u0131nar Kibar<\/strong>, social pedagogue, family counselor, seminar leader and DJ, we want to create a space where women can relax, discover their strengths, exchange ideas and celebrate together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was erwartet dich?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Psychologische Impulse:<\/strong>\u00a0Gain new perspectives and discover your own resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>St\u00e4rken entdecken:<\/strong>\u00a0To perceive oneself and one's own needs more consciously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exchange and meeting:<\/strong>\u00a0Meet other women, share experiences and strengthen each other.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Music and Dance:<\/strong>\u00a0Shake off the stress, let go and recharge your batteries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, we end the evening with Turkish music, dance and a good atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ob du einfach mal abschalten, neue Kontakte kn\u00fcpfen oder dir selbst etwas Gutes tun m\u00f6chtest \u2013&nbsp;<strong>dieser Abend geh\u00f6rt dir!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Auf einen Blick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wann?<\/strong>&nbsp;Freitag, 30.
