Course description
Racism is never alone - Recognising and dealing with intersectional entanglements**
Training series for committed people from education, civil society and social institutions.
Sub-line/description:
In this training, we deal with the multiple entanglements of racism with other forms of discrimination – such as sexism, classicism, Ableism or anti-Muslim racism. The aim is to recognize intersectional perspectives, to become able to act and to create empowering spaces.
The training is structured in a practice-oriented manner: Between the two modules, participants gain their own experience – e.g. through short training sessions in shared flats, discussion rounds in the café or school offers. In this way, what has been learned is translated into practice and reflected on together in the second module.
