Honorary power

The IBZ is always looking for new employees as a teacher for our diverse range of courses. We are looking forward to new course and workshop concepts.
All lecturers work with us on a fee basis.

German course department

BAMF approval is a prerequisite for teaching integration courses. First experiences are desirable, but not a condition.

General training

No special training is necessary for the execution of the creative courses, but experience should be available depending on the content of the course (dance, language, etc.).

Political training

To teach the courses, a bachelor's degree (or higher) and experience according to the respective topic (e.g. by volunteering) are advantageous.

We offer the opportunity to do an internship in all areas of our company, whether voluntary or compulsory. The internship for DaF students is possible in the integration department.
