Fee-based co-worker
The IBZ is always looking for new staff as teachers for one of the many courses offered by the IBZ or in childcare. All lecturers and childcare workers work for us on a fee basis.
If you are interested, please contact the respective department heads.
People with a migrant background are always welcome.
German Course Department
A BAMF approval is a prerequisite for teaching in the integration courses. Initial experiences are desirable, but not a condition.

General Continuing training
No special training is necessary for the execution of the creative courses, but experience depending on the content of the course (dance, language, etc. ) should be available.

Political education
To teach the courses, a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and experience according to the respective topic (e. g. by volunteering) are advantageous.

Childcare

Internship
We offer the opportunity to complete an internship in all areas of our company – regardless of whether it is a voluntary or compulsory internship. The internship for DaF students is possible at the IFF.
