Workshop Artificial Intelligence for Integration and Participation

Course description

Artificial intelligence (AI) can make everyday life in Germany easier – for example, when learning the German language, understanding letters, writing messages or preparing for conversations with school, work or authorities.

This workshop is aimed at newly immigrant people as well as people who have been living in Germany for a long time but still feel insecure in the German language.

The workshop will be conducted in low-threshold, easy-to-understand German. No prior technical knowledge is required.

Theme:

what artificial intelligence is – simply explained
how AI can help in everyday life (language, organisation, information)
how AI supports German learning and everyday life
what to look for (data protection, limits of AI, critical handling)
The workshop is hands-on and interactive. Participants can contribute their own questions and everyday situations. The aim is to enable more independence, security and participation in everyday life in Germany.

Target group:
Newly immigrant people and people with a migration biography who have been living in Germany for a long time but still feel linguistically insecure.

Language: Low-threshold, simple German
