Workshop Respectful communication in German for migrants

Course description

This workshop is based on the concept of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg and is conducted in low-threshold, simple German.

The aim is to enable and strengthen participation, integration and active participation in Germany.

With this workshop, a protected space is created in which people with migration biographies are encouraged to find their own voice and to contribute respectfully.

Specific objectives

get to know the basic ideas of nonviolent communication talk about differences between cultures and practice typical misunderstandings in everyday life, to say clearly and respectfully what they need
Gain more security to speak and participate
