Meeting with the inner child – lecture in the MigraFamily project

Meeting with the inner child – lecture in the MigraFamily project

On September 4, the project MigraFamily invites to a special lecture with the psychological consultant Ayfer Turhan in the IBZ. The focus is on how childhood experiences shape how we feel, think and act today – and how we can learn to treat ourselves with more understanding and compassion.

Some experiences accompany us longer than we realize. They can affect how we experience relationships, deal with our feelings, or think about ourselves. Under the title ‘Encounter with the inner child’ Invites Ayfer Turhan to turn his gaze mindfully inwards and to better understand his own imprints.

Ayfer Turhan works as Person-centered and systemic psychological counsellor. Elements of inner-child work and work with inner parts flow into her work. It is not a question of evaluating the past, but of finding a mindful approach to what wants to be seen and understood in us.

The lecture deals, among other things, with Self-connectedness, inner freedom, self-doubt and self-worth As well as the question of why old experiences can have an effect up to the present. A special part of the evening is a Guided Inner Child Journey.

The event offers space for new perspectives and personal impulses – in an appreciative and protected atmosphere and at your own pace.
