Insights into life realities, identity and the power of personal stories.

How diverse are the realities of life for women in Africa? What role do social expectations, gender roles and personal experiences play?

In his novel ‘In the Skin of an African Woman’, author Moustapha Samb opens up new perspectives on the lives of African women and invites them to learn about their stories and experiences.

Following the reading, Moustapha Samb speaks with Laura Nana from Cameroon about identity, migration, gender roles and the importance of personal stories.

An evening of listening, thinking and sharing – and an invitation to question familiar images and discover new perspectives.
