Workshop “Understanding racism: Structural, media and everyday forms in a historical context”
How does history shape our view of people to this day? How do prejudices continue to work in everyday life, in the media and in social structures – often unnoticed?
In the workshop with Nkrumah Mbougen aka Afrokatie we deal with different forms of racism and their historical backgrounds. Together we talk about colonial history, social contexts and why these issues affect us all.
The workshop offers space for exchange, questions and new perspectives, regardless of whether you have been dealing with the topic for a long time or just want to start.
